“Building Brilliance at Every Level: Supporting Neurodivergent Individuals, Empowering Families, and Strengthening Practitioner Excellence.”
At Autistic Brilliance Community, we are committed to shaping the next generation of ethical, culturally-responsive, and highly skilled ABA professionals. All supervision and training are provided by credentialed BCBAs who are certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and bring 10+ years of diverse experience across research, clinical, school-based, and in-home settings. Our supervisors are not only experts in ABA, but also bring expanded knowledge in related fields—including developmental psychology, human services, education, and behavioral health—to ensure a well-rounded, practical, and deeply supportive learning experience.
We tailor every supervision plan to support your growth, strengthen your competencies, and help you feel fully prepared for professional practice.
Whether you’ve just completed your 40-hour RBT training or you’re seeking additional hands-on experience, our team provides the support you need to become a confident, capable Registered Behavior Technician.
Our supervisors help you understand not just what to do, but why you’re doing it—empowering you to walk into your role with clarity and skill.
For graduate students pursuing BCBA certification, we provide structured, supportive supervision designed to meet the BACB’s fieldwork requirements for both Unrestricted and Restricted Hours.
We ensure all supervision meets the most current BACB standards, with at least 5% supervision requirement and competencies needed for unrestricted hours.
Becoming a BCBA is only the beginning. Many newly licensed clinicians desire additional guidance to master complex clinical scenarios or develop specialty skill sets. We offer individualized mentoring to strengthen your leadership, clinical judgment, and case management abilities.
Our BCBAs provide mentorship built on more than a decade of experience across:
We take an individualized approach—whether you need weekly coaching, case-specific consultation, or ongoing clinical development, we tailor the mentorship to exactly what you need.
At Autistic Brilliance Community, our mission is to help you build competence, confidence, and excellence in behavioral practice—no matter where you are in your professional journey.
We can help you customize a support plane that is perfect for you.

Many BCBA candidates work across different ABA settings—homes, clinics, schools, or agencies—and receive supervision from more than one BCBA. The BACB allows you to combine all qualified supervision hours from multiple supervisors as long as:
Autistic Brilliance Community (ABC) can serve as one of your supervisory providers, allowing you to combine our training hours with the supervision you already receive at clinics, agencies, or school settings.
According to BACB guidelines:
Hours spent directly working with a client (e.g., running ABA programs, implementing behavior plans, doing sessions).
Example:
If you work in an ABA clinic or home program delivering direct services, those hours count as restricted.
These are tasks you complete under BCBA supervision that reflect actual analyst responsibilities, such as:
ABC specializes in providing high-quality unrestricted hours, but can also assist with restricted-combined planning depending on your needs.
You work in a clinic, and in one month:

Our goal is to help you build strong unrestricted competencies while allowing you to integrate hours from your existing work settings.
